Chairman

Sheikh Hamad Thamer M J Al-Thani serves as the Chairman of Reflections GCC. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of various organizations in the State of Qatar, and he has 20+ years of entrepreneurial experience in various sectors. He is a member of the Royal Family with an extensive global network of strategic connections across government, business, and other key domains.

Sheikh Hamad Al-Thani provides strategic stewardship and visionary guidance to our organization. He plays a pivotal role in driving regional expansion, cultivating strategic joint ventures, and building local capability across the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Under his leadership, Reflections GCC is positioned as a trusted technology transformation partner, enabling organizations to leverage exponential technologies for regional impact and sustainable growth.

Manu Sivarajan is a global business and technology leader with around 34 years of experience across business growth, digital transformation, consulting, and technology services. He has worked with leading organizations across global markets, building businesses, leading transformation initiatives, and delivering complex technology engagements.

Most recently, Manu led a Digital Transformation business in Qatar for over three years. Prior to that, he led the Asia business portfolio of a global technology services organization for over four years. Earlier, he spent more than 18 years with a leading global technology and consulting firm, serving as Partner & Executive Director and leading large-scale consulting and transformation engagements across the US and UK. He began his career in Singapore, building a strong foundation in consulting, technology delivery, and client relationships across Southeast Asia.

Dr. Ahmed Riadh is a digital transformation and innovation leader with over 25 years of international experience across consulting, technology, and business transformation. Holding a PhD in Information & Communication Technologies, he has led major AI, data, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives for governments, regulators, and enterprise organizations across the Middle East, Europe, and North America. He has also worked across telecommunications, AI, automation, and cybersecurity in multiple international markets.

At Reflections, he spearheads regional growth and digital transformation initiatives, enabling organizations to accelerate innovation, enhance operational performance, and realize measurable business value through AI-powered solutions.
